Saint-Etienne, UNESCO Design city

                                                      Member of the Creative Cities network

With its strong heritage in modern industry, its designers and inventors, Saint-Etienne is a city that is constantly evolving and driven by its art and industry.

On November 22nd 2010, Saint-Etienne became the first French UNESCO design city.

It is in good company with cities in the network including Buenos Aires, Berlin, Montréal, Nagoya, Kobe, Shenzhen, Shanghai, Séoul,  Graz, Pékin, Bilbao, Curitiba, Dundee, Helsinki and Turin.
